If so, I don\u2019t blame you at all, and you\u2019re certainly not alone in this, because I, too, imagined as a child where and how I would live\u2014I wanted a truly beautiful and clean home, but unfortunately, I haven\u2019t managed to achieve that at all. It\u2019s not that my home isn\u2019t clean, but unfortunately I have four kids who are always making a mess, and I can\u2019t keep up with cleaning because I\u2019m also studying remotely and working two part-time jobs on top of that. I couldn\u2019t find a single decent job, and financially, two part-time jobs work out better for me than just one job, so I decided that in order to at least keep my home tidy\u2014so that my living space would actually be livable\u2014I\u2019d find a cleaning lady to help me with the cleaning. I was really happy when I found an affordable cleaner within a week who helped me clean the house. She comes over every two weeks and cleans for two hours. I think this is much better. I can handle some light cleaning during the day, but if I need someone to really scrub the floor behind the couch or behind the furniture, or wash the windows, I need a lot of help with that.You might be wondering why my partner doesn\u2019t help. And I\u2019ll tell you this: because I don\u2019t have a partner. My partner left because he couldn\u2019t handle our four kids. I was really sorry about it, but what was I supposed to do? I\u2019m definitely not the type of person who\u2019s always trying to convince someone to stay with me and stuff like that. So I told myself I\u2019d rather be alone with the kids and hire a cleaning lady than be with a partner who doesn\u2019t suit me and whom I\u2019m not at all excited about. I\u2019d rather have the kind of home I have now, where it\u2019s messy, than have a partner with whom I don\u2019t feel comfortable at all.
